Training and support on the use of classroom technology is offered by Faculty Instructional Support Specialists who maintain the audio/visual technology on each campus. Faculty Instructional Support Specialists provide phone, email, and walk-in support and training in the campus Teaching & Learning Centers. In addition to the audio/visual technology available in each classroom, faculty can request additional types of instructional technology for short-term checkout.

Additional instructional technology support is available to faculty through the Office of Academic Technology. Services include video and audio production, website design, development of instructional materials, and technology integration into the curriculum.

Student Technology Services (STS) provides technical support, training, and documentation to students needing assistance using ACC technology and software while enrolled at ACC. Services include assistance with ACCmail and ACCeID, Blackboard (and related tools), connecting to wifi, etc. Additionally, Student Technology Services provides students with access to technology checkouts for various lengths of time. Students can request technology and/or support from the Student Technology Services website.
