The Austin Community College (ACC) Transfer Resources department provides strategic guidance, resources, and programs that lead to a supported, seamless, and successful transfer for students intending to complete a bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution. These programs, including ACC’s Transfer Academy, Transfer Fairs, and Transfer Week, help students understand the transfer process, develop personalized transfer plans, and build relationships with universities and ACC departments to optimize their transfer opportunities. In addition, Transfer Resources provides professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, and students to assist them in their understanding of the transfer process. The Transfer Resources team is available for classroom presentations and can tailor topics for your class.
