Internal Faculty Organizations

In accordance with Austin Community College’s accrediting agency guidelines, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), interaction between ACC’s Board of Trustees and internal organizations is necessary to the proper functioning of the College. Both the Full-Time Faculty Senate and Adjunct Faculty Association play an essential role in that interaction, and all faculty are automatically members of their respective organizations. and are encouraged to participate in working on issues of concern.
